Production Supervisor

We're seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead operations in a high-volume defense manufacturing facility. This position is ideal for a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, facilitate, and coordinate production activities to ensure timely delivery of quality parts that meet or exceed customer expectations.

Promote and maintain a safe working environment through proactive prevention, investigation, and rule enforcement.

Coordinate resources with maintenance, materials, logistics, scheduling, and engineering teams to resolve manufacturing issues and optimize efficiency.

Drive company vision, mission, and values by fostering trust, teamwork, and respect across all levels.

Lead continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing and 6S principles.

Promote a strong quality culture, respond to issues with root cause analysis, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Set, communicate, and achieve department goals; develop performance metrics to drive results.

Communicate policies, procedures, and changes consistently and fairly.

Motivate and coach team members to maintain high levels of satisfaction, productivity, and quality.

Travel occasionally as needed for operational support. Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred

Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work an off-shift as needed.

Vantage Clear or equivalent security clearance required.
