Job Summary
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will provide exceptional nursing care for residents across all ages in a long-term care setting. Working under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician, you will demonstrate your proficiency in nursing principles and competencies in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the health, comfort, and safety of residents.
Administer medications and treatments as directed.
Document and communicate resident interactions and care outcomes effectively.
Collaborate as part of an interdisciplinary care team to deliver high-quality care.
Counsel residents and families regarding care plans and preventative measures.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program (Associate degree preferred).
Possess a current, unencumbered LPN license.
Must have experience across the life span in a clinical setting.
Maintains annual CEUs and competencies as required.
