Title of Position: Restaurant Service Manager

The Restaurant Service Manager must take decisive action to achieve excellent results. Our Restaurant Service Manager will assist the General Manager and the management team in the overall operations of the restaurant. Duties will include, but are not limited to, staffing, scheduling, and training of new employees, maintaining food and labor costs according to company policy, and assisting in administrative functions delegated by the General Manager. This position requires an Assistant Manager with the talent for mentoring others and providing exceptional service to our guests. The Restaurant Service Manager must understand completely all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and training programs.
