Water Technician Apprentice

Come work with us at CWF! We're looking for dependable, hard working individuals to join our growing water mitigation team as a Water Technician Apprentice. This is a hands-on, entry-level position where you'll assist our technicians with demolition and cleanup work following water/mold/fire damage events.

You'll gain Valuable experience in the restoration industry while working side-by-side with skilled technicians who will train you on the job.

What You'll Be Doing

Assisting technicians with demolition work such as removing drywall, flooring, and other affected materials.

Helping extract water, dry structures, and clean up damaged areas

Setting up and maintaining drying equipment

Maintaining job site cleanliness and organization

Communicating clearly and respectfully with team members and customers

Working in a variety of conditions-including wet, dirty, or sewage-affected areas

Requirements

Must be physically capable (able to lift up to 75lbs)

Valid Driver's license required

Must be dependable and on time

Comfortable working in different environments and job sites

Good communicator and team player

Available to work on-call when scheduled-this includes being available 24/7 during on-call days.

Must be willing to be called in to work if needed unless a "hard day off" is scheduled and approved.
