VicTAG Professional Manager Location: Victoria Employment Type: Part-time (0.2 FTE) Organisation: Victorian Therapeutics Advisory Group (VicTAG) About VicTAG VicTAG is an independent, not-for-profit association of hospital pharmacists and medical specialists committed to promoting safe, equitable, and cost-effective use of medicines in Victorian hospitals.

We support medication governance and the implementation of the National Medicines Policy.

The Role We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Professional Manager to lead the operational management of VicTAG.

This pivotal role involves overseeing the Secretariat, managing VicTAG-led and funded projects, coordinating events such as the Victorian Medicines Roundtable, and building strategic relationships across the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities Manage VicTAG operations and staff.

Deliver the annual strategic work plan.

Oversee projects and ensure timely completion.

Represent VicTAG at external forums (e.g., CATAG). Organise key events and maintain communication channels.

About You Registered Pharmacist with Ahpra.

Postgraduate qualifications in Pharmacy (Master’s preferred). Minimum 7 years’ senior hospital pharmacy experience.

Strong knowledge of medication safety and Quality Use of Medicines.

Proven leadership, stakeholder engagement, and project management skills.
