Profile:

Students of Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.

Proactive mindset and strong analytical skills.

Proficiency in digital tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Canva).

Valid student insurance.

Main Responsibilities

Manage processes related to suppliers, invoicing, and budgets approved by regional teams or clients.

Develop internal reporting and data analysis (e.g., sell-out reports) to identify opportunities and bottlenecks.

Support the creation of marketing plans for categories such as Gaming and Mobility, following the required formats and templates.

Prepare presentations and reports for clients and regional approvals (e.g., PowerPoint).

Manage supplier relationships, quotations, and budgets for assigned marketing activities.

Control PO processes, MKT numbers, invoicing, and supporting documentation (e.g., marketing fund reports).

Consolidate assigned budgets into internal control files and regional reports.

Support the quotation of POP materials and merchandising.
