Operations and Maintenance Analyst

In this role, you will monitor the performance and overall condition of existing solar installations.

You analyze long-term production data to identify deviations or opportunities for optimization.

By performing data analysis, you detect underperforming systems and propose targeted improvements.

Together with your colleagues, you coordinate the allocation of personnel and resources, ensuring effective planning for preventive maintenance.

A master’s degree in a technical field or several years of relevant experience in a technical environment Proficient in Excel and data processing A true team player who can also work independently A full-time position (40 hours per week) Opportunities for professional growth and training They have developed and operated large-scale solar and wind projects, combining these with energy storage solutions and charging infrastructure.
