We’re partnering with a well-established organization that’s growing on both sides of the border — and they’re looking for a Regional HR Business Partner to help shape culture, build capability, and drive engagement across their Canadian and U.S. operations.

This is a hands-on, relationship-driven role where you’ll work closely with leaders to influence decisions, support teams through change, and design people strategies that make a real impact.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Partner with leaders to design and deliver people strategies that actually move the needle.

Drive engagement, performance, and development initiatives that bring out the best in people.

Advise on org design, culture, compensation, and change management.

Bring a proactive, approachable, human-first style to everything from ER to leadership coaching.

Support U.S.-based teams — experience with US HR legislation is a definite asset.

You’ll Thrive Here If You:

Have 5+ years of HRBP or generalist experience, ideally in manufacturing or industrial settings.

Know your way around both Canadian and U.S. employment standards.
