Your New Role
In this role, you will be based in Burnaby, leading a provincial Facilities Management contract for a key client. You will be responsible for balancing the needs of the company as well as ensuring operational excellence and full compliance with the service agreement with the ultimate goal of driving contract growth and providing quality service. You will be leading a team of managers and supervisors and working with them to establish and maintain a strong, trust-based relationship with the client. The ideal candidate brings proven experience managing large-scale facilities operations, exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills, and preferably exposure to P3 projects or government contracts.
What you’ll need to succeed
5-10 years of Facilities Management / Contract Management experience.
5 years of supervisory experience within a facilities management environment.
Facilities Management education
PMP, FMP, RPA designations are an asset.
Experience with Facilities Management & Project Management Softwares.
Valid BCDL & Vehicle & ability to travel to local sites (lower mainland).
What you’ll get in return
