• Develop and deliver effective sales pitches and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the workshop's capabilities and benefits.
• Provide accurate price quotes for services, negotiate pricing when necessary, and ensure transparency in all financial transactions.
• Stay updated on the automotive industry, competitors, and customer trends to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Keep track of potential leads, follow up with them, and provide excellent customer service to address any inquiries or concerns.
• Set and achieve sales targets and goals in alignment with the car workshop's business objectives
• Proven experience in sales (at least 3 years), preferably in the car rental or related industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Goal oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Familiarity with the automotive and travel industry
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
