Luxembourg is the European Headquarters for John Deere Financial. The primary activity is providing financial services to customers and dealers who want to finance John Deere equipment. The Wholesale Credit Division of John Deere Bank is responsible for managing the credit relationship with the European John Deere dealer and distributor network and their need for inventory financing. For that purpose, we have a local presence responsible for our core markets that cover Europe, Africa and the Middle East, supported by a central Wholesale credit department located in Luxembourg.
WHOLESALE DATA & AUTOMATION SPECIALIST

What You’ll Do:
The candidate will drive automation and reporting initiatives for the Wholesale Credit Division, supporting teams with advanced data solutions and process improvements. Key responsibilities include:
Data Automation & Reporting: Design, automate, and maintain reports and dashboards to support credit analysis, risk management, and operational decision-making.
Data Analysis & Insights: Collate, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to identify trends, support business requirements, and recommend improvements.
Process Optimization: Develop and implement solutions to streamline data workflows, enhance data quality, and improve reporting efficiency.
Technical Support: Provide guidance and support to stakeholders on data management systems, reporting tools, and analytics best practices.
System Development: Participate in the development, testing, and implementation of data-driven applications and risk control systems.
Documentation & Compliance: Ensure accurate documentation of processes, maintain data integrity, and support compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
What It Takes:
Degree in Information Technology, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related field
Strong skills in data analysis, automation, and reporting (Excel, SQL, BI tools, or similar)
Experience with database management, data modeling, and process improvement
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a strategic and innovative mindset
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
Fluent in English
