Responsibilities
Kforce has a client in Dublin, OH that is seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and organized IT Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the IT group by managing administrative tasks, supporting staff, and maintaining a productive and professional workplace.Key Responsibilities:
Manage inventory, and place orders as needed
Assist with data entry, filing, and asset and document management
Support bookkeeping and budgeting procedures (e.g., expense tracking, invoicing)
Act as the liaison for IT support requests, coordinating hardware/software troubleshooting with tech support teams
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal system operation
Act as the local point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and service providers
Respond to and resolve technical support requests from staff in a timely manner
Coordinate maintenance of office equipment and arrange repairs when needed Skills
High School diploma/GED required; Additional qualifications as an administrative assistant or office manager are a plus
Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Office Assistant, or similar administrative role
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and office management software
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Skills & Experience:
Experience with bookkeeping or basic accounting
Familiarity with MS Office tools
Previous experience in MS Excel and asset management will be a plus
A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities Work Environment:
Office-based role with standard working hours (e.g., 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday)
May occasionally require extended hours to meet deadlines or support events
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
