Recruiter

The Recruiter will develop, lead and manage the talent acquisition strategy. This individual will be responsible for developing multiple sourcing channels, including candidate pipelines, to attract the best active and passive candidates, while leveraging technology to ensure an effective and efficient process. This person will be responsible for building and maintaining excellent relationships with both hiring managers and candidates (both internal and external). The Recruiter will be instrumental in creating and supporting the Employee Value Proposition strategy through executing recruiting strategies including social media and other venues as designed

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's Human Resources or Communications or similar

• At least 2 years of experience in recruiting for professional level roles
