Qualifications
B Com/ M. Com.
Minimum 5 years of experience (3 years for M. Com) in financial accounting of project/ company, Computer literacy and proficiency in Tally and use of spreadsheets, Good knowledge of accounting, Working knowledge of audit requirements for financial compliances.
Responsibilities
● Assist PMU/DIUs in preparation of annual work plan for each component;
● Assist PMU/DIUs in preparation of quarterly financial forecast, and other documents necessary for disbursement from JICA;
● Assist PMU/DIUs in preparation of Statement of Performance (SoP) and/or Statement of Expenditure (SoE) to be submitted to JICA; and
● Monitor JICA fund disbursement and expenditure periodically.
● Drafting budget, income statements, balance sheet and report required by regulatory authorities.
● Preparation of information /Financial statements/ report / road map etc. as per directions of Project Management Unit.
● Maintenance of accounts in computerised accounting system (e.g. Tally etc.)
Any other work assigned by authorities of project.
