About the role
As a Senior Product Manager at Dremio, you will drive the strategy, vision, and execution for key areas of our product portfolio—empowering organizations to get more value from their data, faster. You’ll own initiatives that shape the long-term roadmap, define innovative features, improve customer experience, and influence pricing, positioning, and go-to-market success.

What you’ll be doing
Engage directly with customers to understand their goals, pain points, and workflows—translating insights into meaningful product improvements.
Define and deliver product features and customer experiences across Dremio’s portfolio—partnering with UX to craft intuitive, frictionless solutions that make data easy, fast, and open for everyone.
Work through ambiguity with curiosity and structure, asking the right questions, conducting research, and turning insights into clear product strategies, long-term roadmaps, and measurable goals that drive business and customer impact.
Build alignment and shared ownership of your product vision across engineering, design, marketing, sales, and executive leadership to deliver product, shape go-to-market strategies, drive adoption, and enable customer success.
Leverage both quantitative data and qualitative insights to inform prioritization, evaluate impact, and continuously improve product outcomes.
Represent Dremio externally through customer engagements, conferences, and community events, championing our product vision and learning directly from the field.
What we’re looking for
3–5 years of product management experience, with a track record of delivering impactful products or features from concept to launch—ideally in data, cloud, or developer-focused domains.
Strong product thinking and prioritization skills, with the ability to balance customer needs, technical trade-offs, and business goals to make clear, data-informed decisions.
Customer-obsessed mindset—you actively seek to understand users, advocate for their needs, and translate insights into simple, intuitive product experiences.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of building strong partnerships with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to drive alignment and execution.
Proactive and self-motivated, with a sense of urgency and ownership; you navigate ambiguity by asking the right questions, conducting research, and driving toward clarity and action.
Analytical and curious, comfortable using both data and qualitative insights to identify opportunities and measure success.
Empathetic teammate and culture builder, who makes interactions positive, inclusive, and outcome-oriented.
