Key Responsibilities

Diagnose, repair, and install residential plumbing systems

Provide outstanding customer service and communicate clearly with homeowners

Use smartphone technology to manage scheduling, job documentation, and service updates

Follow a consistent and organized service process

Uphold the company's high standards for cleanliness, professionalism, and customer satisfaction

Maintain accurate records of work performed, including parts used and time spentQualifications

Minimum 5 years of residential plumbing experience preferred

Strong communication and customer service skills

Able to use smartphone applications for work orders and job documentation

Detail-oriented with a commitment to completing quality work

Professional appearance and attitude

Must be reliable, accountable, and team-oriented

Valid driver's license (for company vehicle use)Benefits
