Shift: 4x10-Hour Days (06:00 - 16:30)

Estimated Weekly Salary: $2100-$2250

Patient Population: Adults, Geriatrics (cardiac patients)

Charting System: Epic EMR

PACU RN – TAVR Nurse Navigator Qualifications

Active New Jersey or Compact RN license (required at time of submission)

Minimum 1 year of recent Registered Nurse experience (PACU, Cardiology, or related specialty preferred)

ACLS and BLS certifications (required)

Experience with Epic charting system

Strong communication, organizational, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills

Ability to float within skillset as needed

Key Responsibilities for PACU RN – TAVR Nurse Navigator

Coordinate care for Structural Heart and TAVR patients, including pre- and post-procedural support for Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement and open-heart surgery

Serve as a liaison between patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams

Oversee pre-admission testing and ensure smooth patient flow through the cardiac clinical program

Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and deliver professional presentations

Abstract and submit clinical data to the National Cardiovascular Data Registry (NCDR)

Mentor and educate new Cardiac Research Assistants

Support the development of a dedicated Valve Clinic and contribute to TCV Research Program expansion

Maintain high standards of patient care and ensure compliance with all clinical protocols and procedures
