We are seeking a Project Leader to manage and deliver high-impact projects within a dynamic consulting environment. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who thrives under pressure, ensures compliance with protocols, and delivers exceptional results on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage allocated projects from inception to completion
Ensure adherence to cashflow and programme timelines
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and filing systems
Oversee consultant and contractor appointments and performance
Administer JBCC and NEC contracts
Review and validate invoices, appointments, and additional fees
Ensure compliance with processes and protocols
Support Auditor General audits
Escalate project issues promptly and ensure data integrityDeliverables:
Accurate, precise, and timely outputs
Compliance with deadlines and quality standardsJob Experience & Skills Required (Ideal Candidate Profile):
Degree in Architecture
Professional Registration as PrArch with SACAPExperience Required:
Minimum 5 years post-registration
Strong background in the construction industry
Experience in JBCC and NEC contract administration
Financial administration experience
Project/Programme Management experience (advantageous)Key Competencies:
Knowledge of CIDB, PROCSA, Fee Scales, JBCC, and NEC
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
