Senior ERP Systems Analyst, JD Edwards

*Greater Montreal or Greater Toronto or BC or AB

*Hybrid 2 days per week in office

The Senior ERP Systems Analyst plays a key role in maintaining, developing, and optimizing the JD Edwards EnterpriseOne environment. This person ensures system stability, oversees upgrades, improves performance, and works closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support daily business operations and drive future digital transformation initiatives.

Collaborate with infrastructure and ERP teams to ensure optimal reliability, stability, and performance of the JD Edwards environment.

Coordinate CNC-related activities with the managed services partner, including software builds, deployments, and security configuration management.

Maintain the JD Edwards job scheduler and ensure proper execution of all automated jobs and tasks.

Develop, enhance, and support JD Edwards custom applications, following best practices for development and lifecycle management.

Manage and support Orchestration Studio and low-code/no-code solutions to promote automation and system integrations.

Create and maintain REST APIs and BSSV integrations with external applications and partners.

Oversee and maintain EDI configurations and ANSI X12 protocols, working closely with business partners and 3PL vendors.

Support functional teams in supply chain, manufacturing, and finance by developing and optimizing business processes.

Ensure compliance with SOX requirements and segregation of duties policies while maintaining strict security practices.

Lead and coordinate system upgrades (e.g., R23+), ensuring continuous improvement aligned with business objectives.

Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Over 5 years of experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, including technical development and system administration.

Strong proficiency with JDE development tools (RDA, FDA, etc.).

Experience in CNC administration, security management, and system configuration.

Proficiency in SQL development, Data Access Studio, and relational database management systems.

Hands-on experience with Orchestration Studio, AIS, and integration platforms such as MuleSoft or Dell Boomi (MuleSoft preferred).

Experience developing REST APIs and BSSV integrations.

Good understanding of JD Edwards EDI configuration and ANSI X12 protocol management.

Experience with key JDE functional modules in supply chain, manufacturing, and finance.

Solid understanding of compliance requirements, including SOX and segregation of duties (SOD).

Experience with JD Edwards Tools Release R23 or later.

Flexibility and availability to meet project deadlines and support critical system activities as needed.

Occasional travel required to collaborate with sites, vendors, or external partners.
