Job Description

This is a 13-week contract position for an Interventional Radiology Tech. The role requires experience in IR, Scrub, and Special Procedures, with an average daily census of 7-15 cases. The position includes a requirement to float between campuses as needed and to participate in call rotations consisting of 5 weekday nights and 1 full weekend every 6 weeks.

Responsibilities

Perform interventional radiology procedures and assist in other special procedures.

Handle electronic medication management through Pyxis.

Provide patient care and education to adults and geriatrics.

Participate in call shifts as scheduled.

Collaborate with medical staff for optimal patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Current ACLS and BLS certification.

State licensure in New Jersey (can be obtained prior to start).

ARRT VI certification preferred.

Experience in Interventional Radiology, Scrub, and Special Procedures.
