We’re looking for an HR Manager to join our team and take full ownership of end-to-end recruitment. This role requires someone who can independently manage the entire hiring cycle — from understanding role requirements, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating with department heads, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and able to build strong relationships with talent while maintaining a high standard of professionalism. They will also be responsible for shaping recruitment strategies, improving hiring processes, and ensuring we attract the best talent aligned with our company culture and goals.
What You’ll Do:
Lead full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing top talent across multiple functions.
Use LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and direct headhunting to build a strong talent pipeline.
Optimize recruitment processes to reduce time-to-hire and improve quality of hire.
Support onboarding and employee engagement initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
6 to 8 years of experience in digital media agencies.
Proven success hiring for brand solutions, business development, creative, social media, etc
Strong understanding of agency functions: influencer marketing, sales, creative, and strategy.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Organized with the ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
