Your responsibilities will include:

You’ll navigate a rapidly changing global Defence landscape, manage competing demands, and work across business areas to identify and implement solutions that meet both program and corporate requirements.

This role involves frequent domestic travel (monthly) and international travel (approximately twice a year) to support program activities and stakeholder engagement.

What you’ll do:

Develop and implement industrial development initiatives aligned with GSC objectives.

Build and maintain relationships with industry, government, and Lockheed Martin program stakeholders globally.

Coordinate participation at local and international tradeshows, industrial capability conferences, company site visits, inbound visits, company training initiatives and responsibility for our flagship training activity, the Mentor Protégé Program.

Support program capture objectives and communications initiatives.

Track and report on opportunity progress, maintain databases, and manage SharePoint/website updates.

Identify world-class Australian capabilities that align with Lockheed Martin priorities.

About you:

Lockheed Martin Australia is seeking a proactive and adaptable professional to join our Global Supply Chain (GSC) Program. In this high-visibility role, you’ll manage our GSC Program, build relationships with Australian industry and government stakeholders, and ensure program performance measures are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to both corporate and program priorities.

About you:

Adaptable, flexible, and able to manage competing demands.

Able to navigate Defence technology changes and a dynamic business environment.

Strong ability to look across business areas to identify corporate and program requirements.

Demonstrates commercial acumen, with an understanding of business drivers, financial considerations, and market dynamics beyond Defence.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, engaging with executives and stakeholders.

Experience with SMEs, universities, or Australian export control compliance is a plus.

Microsoft Office proficiency; additional tools experience advantageous.

Special Requirements:

Applicants must be eligible to obtain and maintain an Australian Defence Security Clearance and employment may be contingent on the provision of further personal information including citizenship to ensure compliance with international export control legislation and regulations.
