Assist in supervising security officers and supporting day-to-day shift operations

Monitor security systems, reports, and incident logs

Ensure company policies and safety procedures are followed consistently

Participate in scheduling, post assignments, and employee performance oversight

Conduct site inspections and support emergency response coordination

Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and leadership

Help train new staff on protocols and expectationsQualifications

Prior security supervisory or management experience

Strong communication and multitasking skills

Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure

Basic computer skills (report writing, email, incident tracking)

Leadership potential, reliability, and a strong work ethic
