WORK LOCATION: Makati/Pampanga/Cebu/Cagayan De Oro
SALARY RANGE: Php 30,000 – Php 35,000 (negotiable)

This is a full-time, on-site, direct-hire role.
Duties:
Agent Sourcing and Recruitment:
Develop and implement strategies to attract potential agents through advertising, networking, and referrals.
Identify key talent pools and conduct outreach through job fairs, community events, and online campaigns.
Screening and Selection:
Review applications, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ suitability based on knowledge, skills, and alignment with organizational values.
Agent Activation and Onboarding:
Facilitate onboarding and training for new agents, ensuring they have the necessary tools, resources, and knowledge to represent the organization effectively.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, provide ongoing support, and promote engagement and loyalty.
Performance Monitoring and Support:
Monitor agent performance, provide feedback and coaching, and identify opportunities for training and development.
Recognize and reward top-performing agents.
Documentation and Compliance:
Maintain accurate agent records and ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field
Proven experience in recruitment, sales, or a similar role, preferably in insurance, real estate, or financial services
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Knowledge of laws and regulations related to agent recruitment and employment
