Shift: 8-Hour Days (08:00 AM – 17:00 PM) Schedule: Monday – Friday

Minimum Education: Bachelors in Rehabilitation Therapy

Current FL license as PT or OT Experience Requirements

Pelvic Health experience is REQUIRED and must be stated in work history.

Strong communication skills

Seasonal Influenza Vaccination Policy.

Medical exemption requests are allowed for the 2025-2026 season
