Days: 4 10-hour shifts

Schedule: 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM, 4 days/week

On-Call Requirements:

1 night per week

1 weekend every 4th weekend

Requirements

Experience

Minimum 2 years experience

EP experience required, including:

Ablations (mandatory)

Pacing

Device procedures

Certifications

ARRT or RCIS/RCES

BLS

Licensure

Illinois state license

OR

RCIS/RCES certification

Education

Applicable Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Radiology

OR

Completion of an accredited radiology technology program

Preferred

Special procedures experience

Job Responsibilities

Imaging & Procedures

Perform diagnostic and interventional imaging procedures in a clinical setting

Operate conventional, fluoroscopic, and radiology equipment

Obtain images of designated body parts according to physician orders/specifications

Procedure Assistance

Assist physicians during diagnostic and interventional EP procedures

Monitor patient response throughout procedures

Pass instruments and catheters as needed

Maintain a sterile field

Data & Evaluation

Interpret and evaluate diagnostic data for physician use
