We’re looking for a Pharmaceutical Process Expert to support our manufacturing operations by solving problems, improving processes, and ensuring medicines are produced to the highest standards. This role is key to driving efficiency, quality, and operational improvements across manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day technical support to manufacturing teams, ensuring products meet quality and schedule requirements.
Lead problem-solving initiatives and coach & support teams on effective investigation tools and techniques.
Drive small-medium improvement projects to deliver site goals using both using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies & project management.
Monitor and analyse process data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
Support project execution, validations, and technical documentation as a subject matter expert.
Ensure compliance with GMP and EHS standards at all times.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
Experience in a similar position supporting manufacturing operations from an technical support perspective, or experience from a Production function and desire to move into a more offline support role
Comfortable with standard data analysis and report writing, with the ability to present findings clearly and tell the story of the data
Natural problem-solver who enjoys finding creative solutions and thinking outside the box
