Job Description

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist with at least 1 year of experience and ARRT certification to work nights in a fast-paced Level I trauma center. Responsibilities

Night shift schedule with 3x12 hour shifts from 19:00 to 07:30

Inpatient, emergency room, and operating room settings in a Level I trauma and Stroke Accredited center

Diverse adult patient population, including ICU cases

On-call rotation required approximately once every 6-10 weeks

Must work every third weekend

CT procedures include scans of the abdomen, pelvis, chest, head/neck, spine, musculoskeletal system, and brain perfusion

Uses Siemens CT equipment and Epic charting system

Responsible for performing a variety of CT procedures and ensuring patients' comfort and safety

Maintain accurate records and adhere to regulatory standards

Work alongside emergency, surgical, and ICU teams in a collaborative environment

Fingerprinting must be completed promptly after contract signing per state requirements

Two professional references required, including one from a supervisor or manager

All time-off requests must be submitted prior to contract signing

Locals are accepted at the same rate as travelers

Former employees eligible if not employed at the facility within the last 6 months

Current employees are not eligible for traveler roles at facility locations Requirements

At least 1 year of experience as a CT Technologist required

Current BLS and ARRT certifications required

Advanced ARRT certification preferred

Experience with Siemens CT systems and Epic EMR preferred

Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and on-call

Strong communication skills and ability to work in high-pressure situations
