Transmission Specialist/Rebuilder - Transmissions Only

At Carz R Us, we are currently seeking an experienced Transmission Rebuilder to join our team. This position focuses mainly on transmission work. If you take pride in your craft and want steady work in a supportive environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose, disassemble, rebuild, and reassemble automatic and/or manual transmissions

Inspect and replace worn or damaged part

Transmission swaps

Perform high-quality work that meets industry and shop standards

Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Work efficiently to meet deadlines without sacrificing quality

Requirements:

Proven experience rebuilding transmissions (minimum 5 years preferred)

Strong understanding of domestic and/or import vehicles

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Must have own tools (specialty tools provided by shop)

Dependable and punctual
