Practice Overview:

Join a collegial team of 3 medical oncologists, 1 radiation oncologist, and 2 NPs

200+ primary care referrals feeding into two hospital-based clinics

Balanced case mix: 50% hematology / 50% solid tumor

Shared call, light volume with rare in-person consults, supporting strong work-life balance

Schedule:

4-day clinical week split between two hospitals (2 days each)

Consistent weekday hours with predictable patient flow

Monthly admin time built in for documentation and catch-up

Weekend call averages 2-4 inpatient consults/day, mostly phone-based

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive base salary with RVU incentives

Call stipend: $400/day ( $2,800/month additional income)
