The Role

As an Engagement Manager, you’ll lead and manage critical consulting engagements for clients across Europe. You'll be responsible for shaping and delivering transformation initiatives, guiding project teams, and ensuring successful outcomes that drive financial performance and cultural change.

This is a high-travel role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about solving real business problems alongside C-suite executives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead mid-to-large scale consulting engagements focused on operational transformation, cost reduction, and value creation

Manage client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to senior executives and Boards

Build and manage project teams; ensure delivery of actionable, financially grounded solutions

Present insights and results to executive audiences with clarity and impact

Collaborate across functions to identify growth, cost, and efficiency opportunities

Travel weekly to client sites (primarily across Europe), with occasional global assignments

Your Background

5+ years of total professional experience, including:

2–3 years in a project-based management consulting role (change management or ops-focused preferred)

Prior experience in a corporate (industry) role with financial ownership or direct impact on P&L

Proven success managing strategic or operational projects with measurable results

Strong financial acumen and ability to connect operational change to EBITDA/cash flow

Comfortable engaging with senior executives, Boards, and cross-functional teams

Fluent in English; additional European languages (especially German or French) a plus

Based in the UK, Germany, or EU with eligibility to work without sponsorship
