What were looking for:

Red Seal / Trade Certificate or equivalent qualification

Proven experience as an Industrial or Maintenance Electrician

Strong knowledge of electrical installations, fault finding, and maintenance in an industrial setting

Ability to work with control panels, switchgear, motors, and production machinery

Understanding of PLC systems, automation, and instrumentation an advantage

Excellent teamwork and communication skillsPreferred Experience:

Electrical maintenance in manufacturing, automotive, or food processing industries

Reading and interpreting wiring diagrams and technical drawings

Preventative and corrective maintenance

Exposure to hydraulic, pneumatic, or mechanical systems (advantageous)Why the Netherlands?
