Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Full-Time or Part-Time

As part of our mission to pave the way for childrenâ s success worldwide, Therapy Source is currently seeking full-time or part-time Speech Language Pathologists to provide in-person services for school students. These positions are for the current school year.

Speech-Language Pathologist Salary: $65-$70 per hour

Position 1:

Grades PreK-3

Starts ASAP until 6/19/26

3 days per week (Flexible on which days)

Hours: 9:00am-4:00pm (half hour break, up to 6.5 billable hours/day)

For additional support/coverage needed for services and is anticipated needed through the end of the school year

Position 2:

Grades 6-8 and Grades 4-5

Start date 12/3/25 until approximately 1/30/26 (or early-mid February)

Monday-Friday, 5 days per week (will take split between two speech providers)

Hours: 8:00am-3:00pm (half hour break, up to 6.5 billable hours/day

Speech-Language Pathologist Qualifications:

School Certification in New Jersey

Possession of (or willingness to obtain) up-to-date clearances

Proof of individual professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain)

Speech-Language Pathologist Responsibilities May Include:

Addressing personal, social, emotional, academic, and vocational needs which impact educational goals

Providing push-in support in classrooms

Performing evaluations and providing appropriate goals for students that require speech/language therapy.

Providing continued support for studentsâ Individual Education Programs (IEPs).

Maintaining appropriate records and documentation.

Developing and implementing IEPs

Performing all related work, documentation, and reporting as required.
