Position: HR Payroll Associate Industry: Manufacturing Company Location: Subic Bay, Zambales Postal: 2202 Salary Offer: Php20,000-Php30,000 Work Schedule: Monday - Saturday Work Set Up: Work Onsite Benefits: Government mandated benefits 13th Month Pay HMO Vacation Leave Credits Sick Leave Credits Job Responsibilities: Process payroll accurately and on schedule, including salaries, overtime, bonuses, and all applicable deductions.

Maintain up-to-date and accurate employee information in the payroll system, including personal details, salary adjustments, leave records, and deductions.

Review, monitor, and validate employee timecards or attendance data to ensure correct payroll calculations.

Respond to employee inquiries regarding pay discrepancies, deductions, benefits, and other payroll concerns, ensuring timely resolution.

Safeguard payroll data by maintaining strict confidentiality and complying with company policies and legal requirements.

Utilize HR and payroll software to ensure systems are current, troubleshoot issues, and implement updates as needed.
