Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced Commercial Electricians to support an overnight commercial build-out project. Candidates must have strong commercial electrical experience, be reliable for night-shift work, and demonstrate a commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and components on commercial job sites

Run and install conduit (EMT, rigid, etc.), pull wire, and make terminations

Install lighting systems, panels, switches, receptacles, and other electrical devices

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents

Troubleshoot electrical issues and ensure compliance with NEC and local codes

Collaborate with other trades and follow direction from supervisors/foremen

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Adhere to all site-specific safety protocols and company policies

Qualifications:

3+ years of commercial electrical experience

Ability to read blueprints and electrical diagrams

Proficient in bending conduit, pulling wire, and making terminations

Strong knowledge of NEC and applicable commercial electrical codes

Must have own basic hand tools and PPE

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks

Reliable transportation and consistent attendance—especially for overnight hours

Valid electrician license (if required by state)

Preferred:

Experience working on build-outs, tenant improvements, or ground-up commercial projects

OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification

Ability to lead apprentices or small crewsCompany Description
