The Maintenance Technician is responsible for hands-on maintenance and repair of production equipment. The ideal candidate has experience with machinery maintenance, strong troubleshooting skills, and welding abilities. This is a non-supervisory role focused on keeping equipment operating safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Equipment Maintenance: Perform maintenance and repairs on machinery such as Viking, RDS, USL machines, paint machines, and conveyor belts.

Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve equipment issues promptly; support preventive maintenance to reduce downtime.

Parts Management: Assist in ordering and managing parts and supplies to support timely repairs.

Safety Compliance: Follow all safety regulations and company policies; promote a safe working environment.

Documentation: Maintain accurate maintenance logs, schedules, and records.

Continuous Improvement: Recommend and implement improvements to maintenance processes and equipment efficiency.Qualifications

Proven hands-on maintenance experience.

Welding skills required.

Strong problem-solving abilities.

Experience with parts ordering.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Strong commitment to safety.

Positive, “can-do” attitude and sense of responsibility.

Knowledge of PLC programming is an asset.

Schedule & Compensation

Hours: 40 hours/week, regular overtime available

Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:330 PM
