Safety Officer - Dasma

Developing, implementing, maintaining, and reviewing the company health and safety policies and programs. This includes occupational hygiene, accident investigations, safety training, emergency preparedness planning, and creating a risk management strategy. Duties and Responsibilities:

Ensure the dealership complies with all relevant Philippine safety laws.

Act as an auditee for government and third-party inspections or audits

Serve as the secretary of the Health and Safety Committee.

Investigate accidents and submit detailed accident/incident investigation reports and analyses.

Coordinate all health and safety training programs for team members and management.

Plan and organize periodic fire, earthquake, and other emergency drills.

Review and act on all near-miss reports and suggestions from team members.

Conduct hazard prediction and health and safety inspections.

Prepare and submit regular reports to the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), Department of Health (DOH), Bureau of Fire -Protection (BFP), and other government agencies.

Assist government agencies with safety and health inspections, accident investigations, and related programs. Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with specialization in Safety Management, Occupational Safety, Environmental Science

With at least 1 year of experience in Safety Management, Emergency Planning, Risk Management

With relevant certifications

Knowledgeable in relevant legislations including Occupational Health and Safety Act, Human Rights Code, Workplace Safety and Insurance Act

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other related software applications

Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization

Willing to work onsite in Dasmariñas, Cavite
