Salary Range: $56,000 - $88,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair electrical control systems, industrial machinery, and equipment.

Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical malfunctions in production lines and facility infrastructure.

Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems, motors, and automation components.

Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams.

Work with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), and motor control circuits.

Execute wiring, conduit installation, and electrical panel building tasks.

Adhere to all safety protocols, electrical codes (e.g., NEC), and company policies.

Recommended Qualifications

Proven experience in industrial electrical troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair within a manufacturing setting.

Proficiency in programming, troubleshooting, and repairing Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and HMI systems.

Expertise in motor control circuits, including VFDs, servo drives, and traditional starters.

Strong ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.

Thorough understanding and adherence to electrical safety procedures (e.g., LOTO, NFPA 70E, arc flash).

Skilled in using various electrical testing equipment (multimeters, megohmmeters, clamp meters) for diagnostics.

Bonus Qualifications

PLC programming and advanced troubleshooting experience

Experience with robotics electrical systems and controls

Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs)

Certification or advanced training in Arc Flash Safety (NFPA 70E)
