Salary Range: $60,000 - $92,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

Install, calibrate, and test industrial robots and robotic systems.

Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on robotic equipment.

Troubleshoot complex electrical, mechanical, and software issues in robotic cells.

Modify and optimize robot programs to improve production efficiency and quality.

Ensure all robotic operations comply with safety standards and regulations.

Document maintenance procedures, repairs, and system modifications.

Recommended Qualifications

Associate's degree in Robotics, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.

Proficiency in programming, operating, and troubleshooting industrial robots (e.g., FANUC, ABB, KUKA).

Strong experience with PLC programming and diagnostics (e.g., Rockwell, Siemens).

Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic/hydraulic systems.

Understanding and adherence to industrial safety protocols (e.g., LOTO, machine guarding).

Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical blueprints, and technical manuals.

Bonus Qualifications

Experience with PLC programming (e.g., Rockwell, Siemens)

Familiarity with industrial vision systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence)

Understanding of industrial networking protocols (e.g., EtherNet/IP, PROFINET)

Proficiency with CAD software for reviewing robot cell layouts
