Salary Range: $56,000 - $88,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Install, set up, and calibrate robotic systems and peripheral equipment on the production floor.
Perform routine preventive maintenance and inspections on industrial robots to ensure optimal performance.
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and software issues in robotic cells and automated systems.
Repair or replace faulty components, wiring, and robotic parts, utilizing schematics and technical manuals.
Program and re-program robot paths, logic, and control parameters for new products or process changes.
Optimize robot performance for cycle time, accuracy, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
Document all maintenance, repairs, and programming changes accurately in maintenance management systems.
Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and procedures when working with robotic equipment.
Recommended Qualifications
Associate's degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Industrial Automation, or a related technical field.
2+ years of hands-on experience with industrial robots (e.g., FANUC, ABB, KUKA) including programming, setup, and troubleshooting.
Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) for machine control and automation integration.
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical blueprints, and technical manuals.
Strong understanding of industrial safety protocols and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
Bonus Qualifications
Advanced PLC programming experience (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley Logix)
Experience integrating and troubleshooting industrial vision systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence)
Familiarity with industrial networking protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet) and basic network troubleshooting
Experience with lean manufacturing principles or continuous improvement methodologies in an automated environment
