PMO Analyst - IT Department

Ardagh Metal Packing is looking for IT PMO Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Defining scope, managing change and ensuring the correct level of challenge is made to the business's requirements

• Understand the end to end ‘as is’ business processes and identify ways to improve process and system which will enhance the business

• Provide effective communication with the business on the status of the projects and change requests

• Lead scoping meetings and workshops, analyse complex business requirements and work with the development and support team to implement and test changes

• Requirements gathering, “As is” and “To Be”

• Running stakeholder interviews and workshops

• Maintaining and creating process flow diagrams, business requirements, and project documentation

• Undertaking process and functional efficiency reviews and providing recommendations for improvement

• Define and manage business and systems requirements

• Producing progress reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or other related field

• ITIL & COBIT certifications desirable

• Strong written and oral communication skills

• Strong organizational skills

• Ability to plan strategically

• Team and collaboration orientation.
