Schedule: Monday-Thursday 6:00 AM-4:30 PM Friday 6:00 AM-11:00 AM

Position Summary

We are looking for dependable, motivated individuals to join our team as Machine Operators.

No experience? That's okay - we'll provide full, hands-on training for the right candidate!

Responsibilities

Read tool prints and router sheets

Use precision measuring tools such as micrometers

Perform machine set-ups

Mount and change grinding wheels

Follow safety and quality standards in daily operations

(All duties are taught through on-the-job training - perfect for someone eager to learn a trade!)

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED

Basic math skills and ability to use a calculator

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Willingness to learn and grow

Physical Requirements

Lift up to 40 lbs when transporting tool trays

Stand for 9-10 hours per day

Tolerate warm temperatures during summer months

Good corrected vision and hearing

Pay & Advancement

Starting Pay: $16.00/hour
