As a Recruitment Research Associate, you will be joining a dynamic and purpose-driven team focused on recruiting for professional roles in the Construction and Engineering sectors. This is a rewarding position where your work will directly influence successful hiring outcomes. Key Responsibilities

As the Recruitment Research Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting the recruitment process through market intelligence, candidate research, resume reviews, candidate outreach and data-driven insights. Your responsibilities will include:

Research & Market Insights:

Conduct thorough market research to identify potential candidates, talent pools, and emerging industry trends.

Use data and insights to support recruiters in developing effective search strategies and enhancing client success.

Candidate Sourcing & Database Management:

Utilize a variety of tools, platforms, and databases to identify, engage, and qualify prospective candidates.

Maintain and update candidate information, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with recruitment standards.

Collaboration & Support:

Work closely with Recruitment Consultants to understand client needs, role requirements, and search priorities.

Collaborate across teams to streamline research processes, share findings, and contribute to ongoing recruitment initiatives.

Process Improvement & Reporting:

Assist in creating candidate summaries, and progress reports on recruitment metrics, pipeline data, and sourcing outcomes.

Recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, candidate experience, and overall recruitment effectiveness.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates should demonstrate the following:

Education & Experience:

A diploma or degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. 1–3 years of experience in recruitment research, talent sourcing, or market analysis is an asset.

Experience and understanding of roles within Construction and or Engineering sectors is highly desired for this position.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM platforms.

Experience using online research tools, AI platforms and professional networking sites (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter), and Boolean search techniques.

Exceptional attention to detail, analytical thinking, and organizational skills.

A proactive mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and solution-oriented approach.
