Ideal candidates will have:

Previous Superintendent experience in a federal construction environment

Proven ability to coordinate subcontractors, manage schedules, enforce safety regulations, and ensure quality control

Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards

Strong leadership and team coordination skills

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skill
