Position: PRT ICT Teacher

Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, skilled, and student-centric ICT Educator to build digital fluency and computational thinking among learners from Grade 1 to Grade 8. The role requires the teacher to deliver a structured ICT curriculum using block-based programming, Scratch, Microsoft Office tools, digital research, responsible internet behaviour and applied technology projects aligned to CBSE ICT competencies.
Primary Responsibilities
Lower & Primary Wing (Grades 1–5)
Deliver age-appropriate ICT curriculum aligned with CBSE standards.
Teach block-based programming through Scratch Jr., Scratch 3.0, MIT App Inventor basics and Code.org modules.
Integrate computational thinking through interactive tasks, puzzles, logic activities and unplugged coding games.
Build foundational digital literacy—typing, file handling, browsing basics, online safety, responsible device use.
Facilitate creative digital projects such as animated stories, presentations, e-posters, digital art etc.
Middle School (Grades 5–8)
Teach productivity tools under Microsoft 365 Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, OneDrive file management.
Introduce digital research, online referencing, plagiarism awareness and safe Internet practices.
Progress block-based coding to early text-based concepts (loops, events, variables, conditionals).
Integrate Digital Citizenship & Well-being lessons using Common Sense Education Modules.
Mentor students for presentations, ICT exhibitions, STEAM Activities & school technology showcases.
