Compensation & Benefits:Attractive compensation model: Base salary with production bonus.Estimated base salary: Approximately $350,000+ (DOE), potential up to $400K.Signing bonus: $35,000.Benefits package includes:PTO, 5 days CME + $4,000.Malpractice insurance.$10,000 for relocation.Health, Dental, Vision, and 401K plans.
