Family Medicine Physician - Clinton, IA Location: Clinton, IowaPosition Type: Full-Time, PermanentSchedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMSetting: Outpatient Family Medicine Clinic About the Opportunity The Client is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our established outpatient team in Clinton, IA.

This is an exciting opportunity to build a robust patient panel within a physician-led organization that emphasizes collaboration, quality care, and work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to patients of all ages.Perform routine exams, diagnostics, and chronic disease management.Develop and manage treatment plans in coordination with specialists.Maintain accurate and timely documentation in patient records.Participate in shared call rotation (1:4) for patient coverage.Collaborate with on-site specialties (urology, cardiology, surgery, oncology, etc.) to ensure coordinated care Requirements:Board Certified/Board Eligible (within 2 years) in Family Medicine - RequiredIowa medical license (or eligibility to obtain) - RequiredClean malpractice and licensing history - Highly preferredVisa candidates (J-1 and H-1B) - Accepted (must indicate visa status)Ability to start full-time outpatient practice and participate in 1:4 call - RequiredCandidates with open malpractice cases or supervision requirements - Not eligible Compensation & Benefits:Base income guarantee: $290,100/year for two years.Bonus package: $150,000 + productivity incentives.Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligibility.Moving allowance: Up to $15,000.Generous PTO and holiday benefits.Annual CME allowance.Professional liability insurance (with tail coverage).Health, dental, vision, and life insurance.Short-term and long-term disability coverage.Retirement plans:403(b) with employer contribution and match.Optional 457(b) deferred compensation plan.Benefits begin day one of employment.
