Expectations and Responsibilities:
Production painting in a manufacturing environment.
Familiarity with different types of paint
Bodywork and prep experience
Understanding of the following application systems (gravity-feed paint gun, pressure-fed paint system, bedliner)
Detail-oriented and a focus on quality
Wet sanding and buffing experience
Mixing paint according to manufacturer guidelines
Comfortable working in high-heat environments
Cleanliness of workspace and equipment

Pay based on experience.
