CRM and Customer Management Lead

The Opportunity

We are seeking a CRM and Customer Management Lead to join our ANZ Commercial team. This role reports to the Associate Director – Business Analytics and works closely with Sales, Marketing, IT, and Digital Transformation teams to ensure our CRM platform (Veeva) delivers maximum value.

The Role

Own and manage the Veeva CRM (C360 Engage) platform for ANZ, including roadmap, enhancements, and integrations.

Ensure customer data integrity and governance across systems and processes.

Liaise with IT and Business Analytics to manage backend integrations and optimize data flow.

Translate business needs into technical requirements and communicate updates to Sales teams.

Provide strategic guidance on customer segmentation, targeting, and profiling.

Lead CRM-related projects including UAT, training, and implementation.

Your Skills and Experience

4–7 years experience managing CRM systems, preferably Veeva (C360 Engage, CRM, Align, Network).

Proven experience in CRM system configuration, integration, and project delivery.

Strong understanding of data governance and master data management.

Advanced skills in Excel and familiarity with Power BI.

Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, IT, and vendors.
