Senior Data Analyst / BI Specialist

A fast-growing international financial services organisation is seeking a highly analytical and business-focused Senior Data Analyst / BI Specialist to join its team. About the Role

You will play a key role in shaping the companys data framework, delivering meaningful insights, designing dashboards and supporting senior management with accurate decision-making tools. Your work will directly contribute to performance optimisation, reporting accuracy and long-term business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain and optimise BI dashboards and reporting models

Analyse complex datasets to identify trends, risks and business opportunities

Work closely with management to understand needs and translate them into data-driven solutions

Ensure data quality, consistency and reliability across all platforms

Support data integration and automation initiatives

Produce detailed reports and insights to support strategic planning

Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Requirements

4+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence or related fields

Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau or similar

Strong SQL skills and experience with data modelling and ETL processes

Solid understanding of data structures, analytics methodologies and performance metrics

Background in financial services or fintech is an advantage

Ability to communicate complex insights in a clear, concise and actionable manner

Excellent problem-solving skills and high attention to detail

Fluency in English
